ENROLLED HOUSE BILL No. 4235

AN ACT to designate highway M-109 located in Leelanau county as the "D. H. Day Highway"; and to prescribe the duties of the state transportation department.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Sec. 1. Highway M-109 located in Leelanau county shall be known as the "D. H. Day Highway".

Sec. 2. The state transportation department shall only provide for the erection of suitable markers at the approach of the part of the highway described in section 1 indicating the name of that part of the highway when sufficient private contributions are received to completely cover the cost of erecting those markers.

 

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
