"Revised judicature act of 1961,"

by repealing sections 2021, 3520, and 3615 (MCL 600.2021,

600.3520, and 600.3615).

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

1 Enacting section 1. Sections 2021, 3520, and 3615 of the

2 revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.2021,

3 600.3520, and 600.3615, are repealed.
