        A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

   "Michigan memorial highway act,"

   by amending section 100 (MCL 250.1100) and by adding section 82.

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

             SEC. 82.  THOSE PORTIONS OF HIGHWAY US-127 BEGINNING AT THE

        BORDER BETWEEN MICHIGAN AND OHIO IN LENAWEE COUNTY AND CONTINUING

 3
        THROUGH JACKSON COUNTY TO THE INTERSECTION OF HIGHWAY US-127 AND

 4
        HIGHWAY I-94 IN JACKSON COUNTY, THEN BEGINNING AT THE INTERSEC-

 5
        TION OF US-127 AND THE SOUTHERN BORDER OF INGHAM COUNTY AND CON-

 6
        TINUING THROUGH INGHAM COUNTY TO THE INTERSECTION OF HIGHWAY

 7
        US-127 AND THE BORDER BETWEEN INGHAM AND CLINTON COUNTIES, SHALL

        BE CALLED THE "ANNIE OAKLEY MEMORIAL PIKE".
