        A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled

   "Natural resources and environmental protection act,"

   by repealing part 51 (MCL 324.5101 to 324.5103).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

             Enacting section 1.  Part 51 of the natural resources and

        environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.5101 to

 3
        324.5103, is repealed.
