        A bill to repeal 1973 PA 12, entitled

   "An act to provide for emergency financial assistance for school
   districts; to prescribe certain powers and duties of the interme-
   diate board of education in connection therewith; to provide cer-
   tain powers and duties of the state board of education in connec-
   tion therewith; to create an emergency loan revolving fund; and
   to make an appropriation,"

   (MCL 388.251 to 388.271).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

           Enacting section 1.  1973 PA 12, MCL 388.251 to 388.271, is

      repealed.
