AS USED IN THIS SUBSECTION, "UNITED STATES CONSUMER PRICE 13 INDEX" MEANS THE UNITED STATES CONSUMER PRICE INDEX FOR ALL URBAN 14 CONSUMERS AS DEFINED AND REPORTED BY THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT 15 OF LABOR, BUREAU OF LABOR STATISTICS, AND AS CERTIFIED BY THE 16 STATE TREASURER. 04131'01 Final page.
