        A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled

   "Public health code,"

   (MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding section 20144a.

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

           SEC. 20144A.  A NURSING HOME THAT DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE

      REQUIREMENTS IMPOSED UNDER SECTION 1513E OF THE

 3
      STILLE-DEROSSETT-HALE SINGLE STATE CONSTRUCTION CODE ACT, 1972

 4
      PA 230, MCL 125.1513E, IS IN VIOLATION OF THIS ACT.

           Enacting section 1.  This amendatory act does not take

 6
      effect unless Senate Bill No. _____ or House Bill No. 5016

 7
      (request no. 04855'01 a) of the 91st Legislature is enacted into

      law.
