A SUMMARY OF HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION F AS INTRODUCED 1-31-01
The joint resolution would submit to the people of the state an amendment to Article IV, Section 13, that, beginning in 2003 (and every year afterwards), would require the legislature to meet for not more than 90 consecutive days, except when convened on "an extraordinary occasion" by unanimous consent of the majority and minority leaders of each house of the legislature.
