A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 4272 AS INTRODUCED 2-15-01
House Bill 4272 would amend the Michigan Gaming Control and Revenue Act to prohibit a license from being issued or renewed for a casino or casino enterprise to be located on any parcel of land which was condemned (converted for a public use or governmental purpose under the power of eminent domain) within the past 10 years.
