        A bill to amend 1976 PA 388, entitled

   "Michigan campaign finance act,"

   by repealing section 25a (MCL 169.225a).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Enacting section 1.  Section 25a of the Michigan campaign

 2    finance act, 1976 PA 388, MCL 169.225a, is repealed.
