        A bill to amend 1976 PA 388, entitled

   "Michigan campaign finance act,"

   by repealing section 49 (MCL 169.249).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Enacting section 1.  Section 49 of the Michigan campaign

 2    finance act, 1976 PA 388, MCL 169.249, is repealed.
