        A bill to amend 1933 PA 94, entitled

   "The revenue bond act of 1933,"

   by amending section 14 (MCL 141.114).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

           Sec. 14.  The bonds shall have all the qualities of negotia-

      ble instruments as provided for in  Act No.  174 of the Public

 3
      Acts of 1962, as amended, being sections 440.1101 to 440.9994 of

 4
      the Michigan Compiled Laws  THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE, 1962 PA

      174, MCL 440.1101 TO 440.11102.
