        A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled

   "Revised judicature act of 1961,"

   by repealing section 2967 (MCL 600.2967).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Enacting section 1.  Section 2967 of the revised judicature

 2    act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.2967, is repealed.
