Transportation.


        A bill to designate a comfort station located adjacent to

   northbound I-275 between Ford road and Ann Arbor road in Canton

   township as the "Edward Howard McNamara Comfort Station"; and to

   prescribe the duties of the state transportation department.

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Sec. 1.  The comfort station located adjacent to northbound

 2    I-275 between Ford road and Ann Arbor road in Canton township

 3    shall be known as the "Edward Howard McNamara Comfort Station".

 4         Sec. 2.  The state transportation department shall provide

 5    for the erection of a suitable marker on or within the comfort

 6    station described in section 1.
