House Bill 4470 would amend Part 31 of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act (NREPA), which regulates water resources protection. A current provision under the act for the collection of storm water discharge fees is due to expire on October 1, 1999. The bill would extend the provision to October 1, 2003.
