ENROLLED HOUSE BILL No. 4436

AN ACT to co-designate a part of Michigan state highway M-85 as Matt McNeely boulevard; and to prescribe the duties of the state transportation department.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Sec. 1. The part of M-85 located in the city of Detroit between Outer drive and I-75 shall also be known as "Matt McNeely boulevard".

Sec. 2. The state transportation department shall provide for the erection of suitable markers upon the part of the highway described in section 1 indicating the alternative names of the highway.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
