        A bill to make appropriations for the department of corrections and

   certain state purposes related to adult corrections for the fiscal year

   ending September 30, 1999; to provide for the expenditure of the appro-

   priations; and to provide for the disposition of fees and other income

   received by state agencies.

                   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1          Sec. 101.  There is appropriated for the department of corrections

 2     for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1999, from the following funds:

 5       Fees and other revenue...............................

 6       School aid fund......................................

 7          Sec. 202.  The appropriations made and expenditures authorized under

 8     this act and the departments, commissions, boards, offices, and programs

 9     for which appropriations are made under this act are subject to the man-
