CONTENT

 

The bill would amend the City Utility Users Tax Act to provide that for tax years beginning after December 31, 1996, a person or corporation would be exempt from the uniform city utility users tax ordinance to the extent and for the duration provided pursuant to the Michigan Renaissance Zone Act (proposed by Senate Bill 668).
