EXEMPTION OF MUNICIPAL BONDS

Act 88 of 1909

AN ACT to exempt from taxation bonds hereafter issued by any county, township, city, village or school district within the state of Michigan.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:


211.571 Bonds exempted from taxation.

Sec. 1.

     All bonds hereafter issued by any county, township, city, village, school district or community college district within the state pursuant to statute are exempted from all taxation.
