HB 6294 (Rep. Sarah Lightner) Probate: other; electronically signing and witnessing certain documents; allow under certain conditions, and allow required visitations to take place electronically.

SB 857 (Sen. Tom Barrett) State financing and management: other; emergency powers of governor act; repeal.

HB 6295 (Rep. Sarah Lightner) Records: other; use of electronic records and signatures; modify.

HB 6296 (Rep. Sarah Lightner) Property: recording; procedures under the uniform real property electronic recording act; revise to deal with the COVID-19 emergency.

HB 6297 (Rep. Sarah Lightner) Occupations: notaries public; a notary to utilize 2-way real-time audiovisual technology for notarial acts in certain circumstances; allow.
