HB 5460 (Rep. Alabas Farhat) Consumer protection: retail installment sales; payments under motor vehicle installment sale contracts; modify.

SB 602 (Sen. Kevin Hertel) Occupations: real estate; right-to-list home sale agreement; require certain provisions of a valid agreement.

SB 702 (Sen. Sam Singh) Occupations: cosmetologists; minimum hours of training for licensure as instructor, manicurist, and esthetician; increase.
