Committee Meeting
Meetings by bodies of elected members delegated by the House or Senate to consider and make recommendations concerning disposition of bills, resolutions, and other related matters referred to them. Committees are appointed by the Speaker of the House or the Senate Majority Leader and are organized according to subject matter.
SB 276 (Sen. Jim Runestad) Elections: other; election inspectors, election challengers, and poll watchers photographing and videotaping the tabulating of votes; authorize.
SB 288 (Sen. Jon C. Bumstead) Elections: audits; election inspectors for an election audit; require, allow political party observers at an election audit, and require the secretary of state to live video stream an election audit.
SB 296 (Sen. Ed McBroom) Elections: canvassing; number of members on a board of county canvassers based on population; provide for.
SB 297 (Sen. Ed McBroom) Elections: canvassing; board of county canvassers approving assistants employed for canvassing; require, and require at least one member of the board of county canvassers from each major political party be present when canvassing the returns of votes.
SB 298 (Sen. Ed McBroom) Elections: election officials; deadline for certificate of determination by board of county canvassers; extend.
SB 299 (Sen. Dale W. Zorn) Elections: election officials; deadline for reporting of election results; extend.
