Committee Meeting
Meetings by bodies of elected members delegated by the House or Senate to consider and make recommendations concerning disposition of bills, resolutions, and other related matters referred to them. Committees are appointed by the Speaker of the House or the Senate Majority Leader and are organized according to subject matter.

HB 4279 (Rep. Joe Bellino) Traffic control: violations; forwarding abstract of record or report to secretary of state for penalties for operating a vehicle while sending or receiving a message on an electronic wireless device; enhance.
HB 4618 (Rep. Jim Haadsma) Law: uniform or model acts; uniform fraudulent transfer act; update to coincide with qualified dispositions in trust act.
HB 4619 (Rep. Jim Haadsma) Property: personal; determining the period of vesting for future interests; modify.
HB 4195 (Rep. Pamela Hornberger) Family law: marriage and divorce; public disclosure of divorce filings; modify.
And any other business properly before the committee.
