Committee Meeting
Meetings by bodies of elected members delegated by the House or Senate to consider and make recommendations concerning disposition of bills, resolutions, and other related matters referred to them. Committees are appointed by the Speaker of the House or the Senate Majority Leader and are organized according to subject matter.
HB 4498 (Rep. Brad Paquette) Weapons: licensing; fee for renewal of concealed pistol license; modify.
HB 5695 (Rep. Pauline Wendzel) Liquor: other; certain tasks performed by a wholesaler’s employee who is at least 16 years of age; allow.
HB 5696 (Rep. Stephanie Young) Liquor: other; age requirement for certain duties of an off-premises retailer; modify.
HB 5726 (Rep. Pat Outman) Labor: youth employment; employment of minor in establishment manufacturing, distributing, or selling alcoholic beverages; modify.
HB 4494 (Rep. Bradley Slagh) Occupations: code; personal telephone numbers and email addresses of licensees and registrants under the occupational code; prohibit the department of licensing and regulatory affairs from selling.
HB 4495 (Rep. Bradley Slagh) Occupations: individual licensing and registration; personal telephone numbers and email addresses of licensees and registrants under the skilled trades regulation act; prohibit the department of licensing and regulatory affairs from selling.
SB 1004 (Sen. Curtis S. VanderWall) Liquor: licenses; certain donations to nonprofits; allow.
HB 5871 (Rep. Roger Hauck) Medical marihuana: facilities; transfer of medical marihuana from one facility to another; allow under certain circumstances.
HB 4527 (Rep. Thomas Albert) Occupations: other; civil sanctions for a violation of the carnival-amusement safety act; provide for, and modify requirements for an owner or operator of a carnival or amusement ride.
