Health; abortion; informed consent provision; remove 24-hour waiting period before the performance of an abortion. Amends secs. 17015 & 17015a of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.17015 & 333.17015a) & repeals sec. 17014 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.17014).
