SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 513

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 3a.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 3a. The bridge on highway US-10 over Eastman Avenue in

the city of Midland shall be known as the "Corpsman Aaron D. Ullom

Memorial Bridge".
