CONTENT
The bill would repeal Section 3111 of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, which requires a person doing business in Michigan to file an annual report with the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) if the person discharges to the waters of the State or to any sewer system wastewater that contains waste in addition to sanitary sewage.


The bill also would rescind R 299.9001 to R 299.9008 of the Michigan Administrative Code. (These rules pertain to wastewater reporting.)
