House Changes to Senate-Passed:
  1. Freedom Trail Commission. Governor and Senate remove this item. House includes $100 placeholder. 100
2. Captive Cervid Fee Proposal. The Governor included a proposal to increase these fees which would replace $115,000 GF/GP. The Senate did not include this revenue and retained the GF/GP reduction. The House did not include the fee revenue but restored the $115,000 GF/GP reduction. 115,000
3. Capital Outlay Projects. The Governor did not list individual projects, and instead included an aggregated line item for State Waterways projects. The Senate listed a single $2.5 million project at Grand Marais and retained the remainder of the appropriation in an aggregated line. The House listed all major projects and included an additional $100 placeholder for Grand Marais. 100
4. General Fund Reductions. The House included additional GF/GP reductions across a number of lines. (226,800)
