Health; death; Michigan dignified death act; enact to prescribe certain information be given to terminally ill patients by treating physician and to grant immunity to physician who prescribes controlled substance narcotic drug to terminally ill patient under certain circumstances. Amends secs. 16221 & 16226 of Act 368 of 1978 (MCL 333.16221 & 333.16226) & adds pt. 56a.
