CHIEF DEPUTY SHERIFF Act 386 of 1913 AN ACT to authorize the sheriff of any county having a population of not less than 150,000 and not more than 300,000, to appoint a chief deputy sheriff for said county, and prescribing his duties, powers and compensation.
