The People of the State of Michigan enact:
Section 4.41 Section Legislature, members elect; delivery of list by secretary of state, time; designation by districts.
Section 4.42 Section Convening of legislature, time, organization, temporary rules.
Section 4.43 Section Lieutenant governor's absence, secretary to preside; roll call.
Section 4.44 Section Clerk to preside pending election of speaker; roll call.
Section 4.45 Section Secretary of senate, clerk of house; vacancies in office.
