PUBLIC EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT BENEFIT PROTECTION ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 100 of 2002

38.1681 Short title.

Sec. 1.

This act shall be known and may be cited as the “public employee retirement benefit protection act”.
