LOW-LEVEL RADIOACTIVE WASTE AUTHORITY ACT (EXCERPT)

333.26225 Annual appropriation.
Sec. 25.
The legislature shall annually appropriate to the authority sufficient funding from the low-level radioactive waste management fund to ensure the effective implementation of this act.
