388.1612 Appropriations for fiscal year ending September 30, 2014; adjustment of amounts.Sec. 12.
It is the intent of the legislature to appropriate and allocate for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2014 the same amounts of money from the same sources for the same purposes as are appropriated and allocated under this article for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013, as adjusted for changes in pupil membership, taxable values, special education costs, interest costs, and available revenue. These adjustments will be determined after the January 2013 consensus revenue estimating conference.
