UNIFORM DISPOSITION OF COMMUNITY PROPERTY RIGHTS AT DEATH ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 289 of 1975

557.261 Short title.

Sec. 1.

This act shall be known and may be cited as the “Uniform disposition of community property rights at death act”.
