Transportation; funds; funding to local alliance created by certain townships that have entered into a joint endeavor or an interlocal agreement under the municipal partnership act or the urban cooperation act of 1967; provide for. Amends sec. 10c of 1951 PA 51 (MCL 247.660c) & adds sec. 10q.
