780.221 Municipal court; definition.
Sec. 1.
The term “municipal court” when used herein shall refer to any municipal, justice, police, common pleas, or other court established in any city with jurisdiction to hear cases relating to prosecutions for offenses arising under the charter, or any ordinance or regulation of any city, including the recorder's court of Detroit.
