Act 40 of 1956
280.343 Violation of act; penalty.
Sec. 343.
In case such railroad company shall refuse or neglect to comply with the provisions of section 342, it shall be liable to a penalty of $10.00 for each day's refusal or neglect to make such opening and construct such culvert.
