388.1893 Authorized disclosure; written consent.Sec. 293.
A public university that receives funds under this article and also subject to the family educational rights and privacy act, 20 USC 1232g, 34 CFR part 99, shall, when requested, provide information from the records of a student to any individual or individuals to whom the student has authorized disclosure on a written consent form pursuant to 34 CFR 99.30.
