Transportation; motor carrier fuel tax; rate; revise calculation, provide credit for sales tax paid, and provide for other amendments to conform to the international fuel tax agreement.
Amends secs. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 17 & 21 of Act 119 of 1980 (MCL 207.211 et seq.); adds sec. 6a & repeals secs. 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 18, 19, 23 & 25 of Act 119 of 1980 (MCL 207.221 et seq.).
