450.2643 Restated articles of incorporation; execution; filing; effect.
Sec. 643.
Restated articles of incorporation shall be executed and filed in accordance with section 131. When such filing becomes effective, the corporation's original articles of incorporation, as amended, are superseded; and thenceforth the restated articles, including any further amendments made thereby, shall be the articles of incorporation of the corporation.
