Health; abortion; medicaid funded abortions; prohibit health professional and health facility from seeking reimbursement for performance of an abortion knowing that public funds will be used in violation of statutory ban on medicaid funded abortions. Amends Act 280 of 1939 (MCL 400.1 - 400.119b) by adding secs. 109d & 109e.
