Retirement: state police;

Retirement; state police; retirement benefits for certain retirants and beneficiaries; provide for a 1-time supplement, an increased minimum benefit, and an annual increase for all retirants and retirement allowance beneficiaries. Amends secs. 40 & 40a of Act 182 of 1986 (MCL 38.1640 & 38.1640a) & adds sec. 39a.
