Financial institutions; checks and drafts; identification of drawer; prohibit merchants from requesting certain information as a condition of acceptance of personal checks and provide for prima facie evidence of identity of drawer. Amends Act 328 of 1931 (MCL 750.1 - 750.568) by adding secs. 95b & 131b.
