Crimes; other; possession or consumption of alcohol by person under 18 years of age; require local law enforcement agencies to notify certain individuals of the violation, revise penalties for possession or consumption of alcohol by person under 21 years of age, revise penalties for furnishing alcohol to person under 21 years of age, and prohibit action against seller unless person under 21 years of age also charged. Amends secs. 33, 33b & 33c of Act 8 of Ex. Sess. 1933 (MCL 436.33 et seq.) & adds sec. 20a.
