388.1842 Federal or private funds; use.Sec. 242.
Funds received by the state from the federal government or private sources for the use of a college or university are appropriated for the purposes for which they are provided. The acceptance and use of federal or private funds do not place an obligation on the legislature to continue the purposes for which the funds are made available.
