MOTOR VEHICLE SERVICE AND REPAIR ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 300 of 1974
257.1339 Rules; effective date.
Sec. 39.
The department shall promulgate the rules to implement this act within 6 months after the effective date of this act. The remaining portions of this act, except as provided in section 5, shall become effective 6 months after the rules are promulgated.
