ADDITIONAL TRUNK LINE MILEAGE Act 12 of 1925 AN ACT to provide for the laying out and establishing of additional trunk line mileage; to make all roads that have been improved as federal aid projects, and all roads that have been, or that may hereafter be, approved for federal aid, trunk line highways; to provide for the widening, altering or straightening of trunk line highways; to provide for the abandonment, alteration or change of any portion of the trunk line highway; and to repeal all acts and parts of acts inconsistent herewith.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:
Section 250.111 Section Additional trunk line highways; federal aid project roads declared trunk line highways.
Section 250.112 Section Repealed. 2002, Act 253, Imd. Eff. May 1, 2002.
Section 250.113 Section Vesting of title to portion of state trunk line highway; population; approval for abandonment; county with jurisdiction.
Section 250.114 Section Trunk line highway route; alteration, abandonment, hearing of objections; new lines, approval.
Section 250.115 Section Trunk line highway; abandonment of part of right of way; easement for public utilities.
