TRAXLER-MCCAULEY-LAW-BOWMAN BINGO ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 382 of 1972


432.117 Violations; penalty.

Sec. 17.

A person who wilfully violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $1,000.00 or imprisoned not more than 6 months or both.
