DIVORCE
552.5 Repealed. 1951, Act 14, Eff. Sept. 28, 1951.
Compiler's Notes: The repealed section declared that sentence of life imprisonment on either party dissolved marriage without decree of divorce or other legal process, and that no pardon would restore party so sentenced to his or her conjugal rights.
